We offer a variety of experiences to connect with our campus community and the Office of Admission. Our in-person and virtual offerings are dynamic and designed to provide our visitors with an in-depth look at the RWU experience and give you a sense of what it's like to be an RWU Hawk. We are adding experiences and sessions as we are able to, so please check back frequently, or contact us if you don’t see something that will work for you.

Information Session and Student-Led Tour: We offer weekday tours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9 a.m, 11:30 a.m., and 2 p.m. Numerous weekend tours are available throughout the spring. During popular vacation weeks, we offer expanded tours. We also offer tours on Tuesday and Thursday (by request only). Call 401-254-3500 or email visit@lqsz.org to request an alternative visit arrangement.
Explore our waterfront campus at one of our BBQ by the Bay events! Meet with faculty and learn more about our academic programs, take a student-led tour of campus, and gain valuable insight into the college search process. Undecided on what you want to study? We have a presentation dedicated to that too.

Not able to visit? No worries! We’ve got you covered. This is your chance to interact with RWU students, staff, and alumni to find out more about the RWU experience. We offer virtual information and tour options on select weekdays. View our virtual offerings here
We also have a Virtual Financial Aid Session on April 25. This session will provide a brief overview on the Financial Aid Process, tips and info on how to complete FAFSA, and discuss the real cost of attendance.

Roger Williams University representatives visit high schools and organizations across the United States and world. We encourage you to check our upcoming in-person and virtual events at a location near you.
Counselor Visits: We welcome visits from high school and independent counselors. Reserve your spot for a 30 minute admission information session, followed by a 60-90 minute student-led walking tour of the campus.
Group Visits: Are you looking for ways to keep students engaged, mix up content, and get them out of the classroom? We hope you'll explore our Group Visit programs. We tailor each and every visit to ensure the best possible experience. Request a date/time that works best for your group (we'll do our best to accommodate). If you would like to include a special topic presentation, lunch in our dining hall, or another visit component, please include this in the additional information section at the end of the form.
